- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Big rant west side animal hospital offers 24/7 emergency service. But they won't call you back!!!! This is the second time this has happened to me. The fist time they had my dying cat told me to call and they would meet me to put her down I called 8 times left message's no one called me back. When one of there employees showed up to meet another customer he talked to me like it was my fault I had sat in the parking lot for 3hrs waiting on them to call me back!!!!!! Then last night my dog was very sick called left message never called me back!!! Not even today still have not herd anything from them!!!! Now the rave I called altitude animal hospital they called me right back in less the 5 minutes and had someone meet me in less the an hour!
