  The front desk staff is always polite. Stacey is great at making sure I'm comfortable and definitely makes the anxiety of going to the dentist much more bearable! My whole family goes here and will continue to do so because we always receive great service!

  Super impressed with the new facilities, fabulous staff and great dentist. Very professional, yet, very friendly. The exam was very thorough and hygienists were great. Had a filling done that went very smoothly and my numbness was gone in about 3 hours. Highly recommend Wind City Dental, they ROCK!!!

  Although the waiting area is nice I had a couple bad experiences there. They jam the novacain down the needle so fast it hurt the WHOLE TIME, it was like they were in a rush and didn't care about me in pain. I said, "Wth? It's not supposed to hurt like that", only to be ignored. On another visit I had a tooth surgically removed and the Dr. Came in all rushed and said, "Open up, you're going to feel a little pressure....3.......2.........1." OMG I almost punched him in his face. He put a huge needle in the top of my mouth (no numbing swab, nothing) and jammed away at it. I was obviously pissed AGAIN and again I was just ignored. I will NEVER step foot in there again. I've never had a Dentist and staff be so cruel to my mouth, ever.
